The highest bridge in the world
Competitors run across the Millau Viaduct during the "Viaduc" race of
23.55km (14.54 miles) from Millau and back, yesterday in southern France.
The Millau Viaduct is composed of seven slender soaring pillars and is the
highest bridge in the world at 343 meters, creating a direct route between
Paris and the Meditarranean coast.
