Largest cargo loader in the world
The Boeing 747 Dreamlifter, whose tail is designed to swing open for huge
payload that is unloaded using the largest cargo loader in the world,
carried the first major assembly for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner from Italy ,
which consisted of a horizontal stabilizer made of carbon fiber reinforced
plastic for the new aircraft. It is arriving in 5 segments inside a 42-foot
long shipping container that will be assembled by Boeing mechanics into a
part that is 32 feet by 62 feet.
